Treated wood and signage
The wood we use to build different elements is wild pine that has been treated in a model IV autoclave (class IV), which means the wood is meant to be used in places where it is constantly exposed to the weather. This process of vacuum-pressure-vacuum protects the wood from the biological action of microorganisms (mainly fungi) that would cause rot otherwise.
We assemble and install a wide range of products such as stairs, walkways, observation platforms, bridges, visual screens (usually to hide rubbish bins and the like), protective fencing for bike lanes, furniture in recreational areas and wooden signage in general. They are installed on site with a specific design made to suit the location, which means they are superbly integrated into the landscape.
